- 4 / 5By Mark CarterFirst time here on business. The hotel is located in/next a business park surrounded by upmarket car showrooms , which provide some entertainment presumably to the new residents of pseudo Walt Disney Charleston housing estate adjacent to the showrooms.
The hotel exterior resembles a post WWII Soviet block social housing building or a prison. Don't be put off by this. The rooms are fairly well done out and the bathroom was modern and clean. Excellent water pressure. Top marks there. TV equipment is dated.
The restaurant is overpriced for what they serve, which is a captive audience for business travellers. Inaccuracy's were seen due to the lack of understanding from the serving staff. The staff however on the front desk/reception were helpful and always busy. Not a bad hotel just not one for a romantic weekend away. The room prices were OK for the area and probably the reflected price in oil prices.August 14, 2016
